FURNITURE & SERVICE

Architectural design, concept design, renders and detailed drawings, artistic direction, furniture production, supply and installation.

A few minutes from the heart of Matera, UNA Hotel La Martella interprets contemporary hospitality through architecture with a strong character and design that combines recognisability, comfort and functionality. OF Project oversaw the project from the initial concept choices through to the production and installation of the furnishings.
The façade, in a deep earth tone, dialogues with the light-coloured balcony parapets, characterised by a dégradé mosaic texture that lightens the volume and defines its identity.
The entrance leads to the hall, where a slatted-wood ceiling and cove lighting create an intimate atmosphere, contrasting with the brightness of the large-format resin-effect porcelain floor.
The green-marble reception desk, with curvilinear sculptural forms, becomes the focal point of the space, accompanied by brightly coloured seating that introduces an informal, contemporary note.

In the guest rooms, a warm wood palette combines with soft geometries, backlit panels, oval mirrors and shaped headboards with integrated bedside tables, creating intimate and reassuring
environments.
Brass details, colour accents and oak flooring complete a balanced language, while the Junior Suites extend the experience with living areas and integrated kitchens, resolved through bespoke
joinery.

In the bathrooms, terrazzo-effect surfaces, backlit mirrors and lightweight metal structures reinforce the focus on the relationship between aesthetics and functionality.
OF Project developed the architectural and concept design through renders and detailed drawings, overseeing layouts, materials, lighting and construction details through to artistic direction, furniture production, supply and installation.
