The Sergio Rossi flagship store on Via Condotti is based on the architectural concept by Vudafieri Saverino & Partners, developed to interpret the brand’s sophisticated universe through a balance of timeless elegance and innovation. OF Project translated the design into a complete Contract delivery, from surveying the existing condition to producing and installing bespoke elements.

The long, intimate space takes on the character of a refined gallery, articulated by low vaults and warm, calibrated lighting designed to enhance every product.
Pink marble, natural stone and warm-metal details create a bright, sophisticated atmosphere in which tactile surfaces dialogue with clean geometries.
Sales counters, display tables and seating were developed to measure, combining soft forms, fluted bases and glossy and matt finishes to support the display without overwhelming it.

The central seating area introduces a more intimate and welcoming dimension, while mirrors amplify the perception of space and complete the fitting experience.
OF Project handled surveys, custom-element development, artisanal production and turnkey installation, ensuring continuity between the design drawings and the final realisation.
Integrated management of every phase made it possible to meet extremely tight schedules while maintaining high standards of precision, execution quality and finish detailing, essential for a luxury store.
