Palazzo Indelli
Boutique Hotel in a Historic Palazzo
FURNITURE & SERVICE
Architectural design and concept design with detailed drawings for all room types, including Junior Suites and Executive rooms
The renovation and interior design project for Palazzo Indelli in Monopoli stems from a dialogue between historical identity and contemporary style. With its Mediterranean façade and spacious
balconies, the residence serves as the setting for a boutique hotel that interprets local elegance through a restrained and refined language.
OF Project developed a concept aimed at enhancing the building’s original features, from its high ceilings with exposed beams to the wooden floors and generous proportions of the rooms. These
elements are preserved and reinterpreted as central parts of the spatial experience. The rooms, from Junior Suites to Executive rooms, are designed to emphasise the volume of the spaces, enhancing the perception of comfort, openness and light.
The project introduces refined materials and finishes, such as herringbone parquet, blue-grey wall panelling and scenographic lighting, creating a natural balance between historic character and
contemporary sensibility.
Bespoke furnishings, workstations, seating and relaxation areas complete the spaces with functional and understated solutions, designed to offer a rich yet never cluttered hospitality
experience.
The concept extends to the ground-floor convivial areas and the café’s outdoor space, creating a common thread between the Mediterranean façade and the interiors. The layout and distribution
were reconsidered while respecting the historic structure, introducing new functions without altering its identity.
